A continuación, le informamos sobre nuestras condiciones de reserva, pidiéndole lea muy detenidamente antes de formalizarla para ver si se ajusta a sus necesidades.

• A su llegada deberá abonar la estancia en su totalidad e informar de cualquier variación de los servicios inicialmente contratados (entrada, salida, modificaciones de personas, vehículos, etc..).

• Deberá dejar el número de tarjeta de crédito o 50 € de depósito, como concepto de fianza por cualquier deterioro (desperfecto ocasionado durante su estancia, pérdida de llaves (Bungalow, Guarda tablas) o mando (TV, Aire acondicionado)), así como no devolverlo en el estado que le fue entregado. Si todo está correcto, dicha fianza será devuelta a la salida. En caso contrario se aplicará un cargo por la limpieza y/o reparación.

  Si a la entrada, o durante su estancia observara cualquier anomalía, por favor póngalo en conocimiento de la Recepción de forma inmediata. Disponemos de hoja de inventario puede pedirla en Recepción.

• El Bungalow solo podrá ser utilizado exclusivamente por aquellas personas que lo hayan reservado, tenga esto en cuenta máxime si tiene familiares o amigos en parcelas del camping, ya que el bungalow tiene una capacidad limitada.

• No se permiten visitas en los bungalows. Como excepción, en caso de ser autorizadas, deberán pasar por recepción para identificarse debidamente y en ningún caso se excederán los 30 minutos, evitando reuniones (desayunos, comidas, café…) para así no molestar la tranquilidad de los demás Bungalows.

• Quedan prohibidas Barbacoas, poner tiendas o material de deporte en el césped, así como juegos de pelota que puedan dañar el entorno o molestar a los demás Bungalows

• La entrada al alojamiento será a partir de las 15:00 horas. Si llegase antes de esta hora y el Bungalow no está terminado, puede realizar la entrada y utilizar nuestros servicios durante su espera.

• El alojamiento deberá quedar libre el día señalado de la salida antes de las 11:30 horas. Si desea salir antes de las 09:00 horas, comuníquelo en Recepción la tarde anterior.

• No se admite la entrada de ANIMALES en el recinto e interior de los alojamientos.

• Todos los bungalows disponen de caja fuerte a su servicio, no olvide utilizarla, ya que si bien las instalaciones generales del camping cuentan con un buen servicio de vigilancia, no nos hacemos responsables de pérdidas de enseres personales.

• El número de Bungalow será asignado a su llegada teniendo en cuenta sus preferencias. En ningún caso podemos asegurar previamente bungalow concreto.

• La aceptación de la presente Reserva, lleva implícita la aceptación del REGLAMENTO DE REGIMEN INTERIOR DEL CAMPING.

• Para formalizar su reserva, es necesario realizar una entrega a cuenta correspondiente al 30% del importe total de su estancia.

• Si la cancelación se realiza con más de 30 días anteriores a su llegada, se procederá a la devolución de dicho importe descontando 30€ de gastos de gestión.

• Si la cancelación se realiza con menos de 30 días anteriores a su llegada, dará lugar a la pérdida total del importe entregado

Normativa general

• La jornada de camping comprende desde el momento de su llegada hasta las 12 horas del día siguiente. A partir de esta hora se facturará un día más de camping. Si desea marcharse antes de las 9 horas, liquide su factura la tarde anterior. En función de la disponibilidad, consulte en la recepción las condiciones y posibilidad de abonar un “suplemento extra” para pasar la tarde. A su llegada se le indicará la parcela a ocupar, debiendo informar el cliente en la recepción sobre cualquier modificación en el número de personas, niños, vehículos, e igualmente, será necesario tener autorización de la recepción para cambiar de parcela. Todos los elementos de acampada deberán quedar ordenados y sin sobresalir en ningún momento de la parcela asignada. No se permite en la parcela instalación de muros, cañizos… así como ningún mobiliario distintos a los propios de acampada.
• Para acceder al alojamiento en el Camping, será obligatoria la exhibición de D.N.I pasaporte, así como rellenar la documentación exigida en cada momento por las autoridades españolas, además de formalizar la correspondiente hoja de admisión. No se permite la entrada a menores sin acompañar.
• Las barreras de acceso a vehículos son automáticas. Para entrar y salir del Camping, debe situar su vehículo en la flecha dibujada en el suelo, para que el lector reconozca su matrícula y le autorice el paso. Tenga en cuenta que las barreras se bloquean durante las horas de silencio, entre las 00:00 horas y las 07:00 horas. Si llega a partir de las 00:00 h. debe dejar su vehículo en el parking de la entrada, y acceder a su alojamiento a pie. Igualmente, si desea salir antes de las 07:00 h., debe dejar su vehículo en el parking la noche anterior.
• Tanto de día como de noche, el descanso es primordial para nosotros. En las instalaciones de uso común (piscina, servicios, restaurante, salón social…), los menores irán acompañados de un adulto, quien velará para que éstos, al igual que ellos, respeten en todo momento el descanso del resto de usuarios. No está permitida la música que pudiera molestar a las parcelas contiguas

Vigilancia

• Por su seguridad y la del resto de los acampados, existe en las instalaciones un sistema de cámaras de video vigilancia. Con ellas, unido a las continuas rondas realizadas por el personal de nuestro equipo, tanto de día como de noche, pretendemos ofrecerle la máxima seguridad posible. No obstante, le recomendamos no dejar objetos de valor a la vista sin su supervisión, así como le rogamos informe a la recepción si fuera testigo de cualquier actividad sospechosa.

Visitas

• Toda visita deberá ser autorizada en Recepción. Horario de visita de 9 a 22 horas. El tiempo máximo de visita es de 30 minutos y en ningún caso las podrán utilizar los servicios del camping. En función del aforo del camping, puede no permitirse la entrada de una visita. El camping tiene una capacidad limitada, tenga en cuenta esto al quedar con familiares o amigos, pues una vez llegado al límite, no se podrá admitir a nadie más, ni aunque disponga usted ya de una parcela.

Normativa para perros

• No se permiten perros en el camping durante el mes de agosto, así mismo el resto del año no se admitirán animales de RAZA PELIGROSA o cruce de estos.

• En Bungalows y habitaciones no se permiten durante todo el año. Del mismo modo, no se permiten en las zonas comunes del camping (supermercado, piscina, aseos, chiringuito…)

• Los perros deberán estar en todo momento amarrados dentro del recinto del camping, y bajo la vigilancia de su dueño, cuidando que no molesten a los demás acampados.

• Deberá estar en posesión de la documentación relativa a su perro, así como del seguro de responsabilidad civil en caso de que le sea requerido.

• Serán de cuenta del cliente la limpieza o cualquier desperfecto que el perro pudiera causar.
• Será necesario dejar en la recepción un depósito de 50 €, sabiendo el cliente que dicho depósito no será devuelto si las normas no fueran cumplidas.

Normativa de la piscina

• The Bungalow can only be used exclusively by those people who have reserved it, take this into account especially if you have family or friends in camping pitches, since the bungalow has a limited capacity.

• Visits are not allowed in the bungalows. As an exception, if authorized, they must go through the reception to be properly identified and in no case will they exceed 30 minutes, avoiding meetings (breakfast, lunch, coffee...) so as not to disturb the peace of the other Bungalows.

• Barbecues, putting tents or sports equipment on the lawn, as well as ball games that may damage the environment or disturb other Bungalows are prohibited.

• The entrance to the accommodation will be from 3:00 p.m. If you arrive before this time and the Bungalow is not finished, you can check in and use our services while you wait.

• The accommodation must be vacated on the appointed day of departure before 11:30 a.m.. If you wish to leave before 09:00, please notify Reception the evening before.

• The entry of ANIMALS is not allowed in the premises and inside the accommodation

• All the bungalows have a safe at your service, do not forget to use it, because although the general facilities of the campsite have a good surveillance service, we are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

• The Bungalow number will be assigned upon arrival taking into account your preferences. In no case can we pre-insure a specific bungalow.

• Acceptance of this Reservation implicitly implies acceptance of the INTERIOR REGULATION OF THE CAMPSITE.

• To formalize your reservation, it is necessary to make a payment on account corresponding to 30% of the total amount of your stay.

• If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your arrival, the amount will be refunded, discounting €30 for management fees.

• If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, it will result in the total loss of the amount paid

General regulations

• The camping day includes from the moment of your arrival until 12 noon the following day. From this time, one more day of camping will be billed. If you wish to leave before 9 am, please settle your bill the evening before. Depending on availability, consult the reception for the conditions and the possibility of paying an "extra supplement" to spend the afternoon. Upon arrival, the plot to be occupied will be indicated, the client must inform the reception about any change in the number of people, children, vehicles, and also, it will be necessary to have authorization from the reception to change the plot. All the camping elements must be ordered and without protruding at any time from the assigned plot. It is not allowed on the plot to install walls, reeds... as well as any furniture other than those used for camping.
• To access the accommodation at the Camping, it will be mandatory to show your ID, passport, as well as fill in the documentation required at any time by the Spanish authorities, in addition to formalizing the corresponding admission form. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to enter.
• The vehicle access barriers are automatic. To enter and leave the Camping, you must place your vehicle on the arrow drawn on the ground, so that the reader recognizes your license plate and authorizes you to enter. Please note that the barriers are locked during quiet hours, between 00:00 and 07:00. If you arrive after 00:00 h. You must leave your vehicle in the parking lot at the entrance, and access your accommodation on foot. • Both day and night, rest is essential for us. The campsite has a limited capacity, keep this in mind when staying with family or friends, because once the limit is reached, no one else can be admitted, even if you already have a plot.

Regulations for dogs

• Dogs are not allowed in the campsite during the month of August, likewise the rest of the year animals of DANGEROUS BREED or crossbreeding of these will not be admitted.

• In Bungalows and rooms are not allowed throughout the year. In the same way, they are not allowed in the common areas of the campsite (supermarket, swimming pool, toilets, beach bar...)

• Dogs must be at all times tied up inside the campsite, and under the supervision of their owner, taking care that they do not disturb other campers.

• You must be in possession of the documentation related to your dog, as well as civil liability insurance in case it is required.

• The cleaning or any damage that the dog could cause will be the responsibility of the client.

• El Bungalow solo podrá ser utilizado exclusivamente por aquellas personas que lo hayan reservado, tenga esto en cuenta máxime si tiene familiares o amigos en parcelas del camping, ya que el bungalow tiene una capacidad limitada.

• No se permiten visitas en los bungalows. Como excepción, en caso de ser autorizadas, deberán pasar por recepción para identificarse debidamente y en ningún caso se excederán los 30 minutos, evitando reuniones (desayunos, comidas, café…) para así no molestar la tranquilidad de los demás Bungalows.

• Quedan prohibidas Barbacoas, poner tiendas o material de deporte en el césped, así como juegos de pelota que puedan dañar el entorno o molestar a los demás Bungalows

• La entrada al alojamiento será a partir de las 15:00 horas. Si llegase antes de esta hora y el Bungalow no está terminado, puede realizar la entrada y utilizar nuestros servicios durante su espera.

• El alojamiento deberá quedar libre el día señalado de la salida antes de las 11:30 horas. Si desea salir antes de las 09:00 horas, comuníquelo en Recepción la tarde anterior.

• No se admite la entrada de ANIMALES en el recinto e interior de los alojamientos.

• Todos los bungalows disponen de caja fuerte a su servicio, no olvide utilizarla, ya que si bien las instalaciones generales del camping cuentan con un buen servicio de vigilancia, no nos hacemos responsables de pérdidas de enseres personales.

• El número de Bungalow será asignado a su llegada teniendo en cuenta sus preferencias. En ningún caso podemos asegurar previamente bungalow concreto.

• La aceptación de la presente Reserva, lleva implícita la aceptación del REGLAMENTO DE REGIMEN INTERIOR DEL CAMPING.

• Para formalizar su reserva, es necesario realizar una entrega a cuenta correspondiente al 30% del importe total de su estancia.

• Si la cancelación se realiza con más de 30 días anteriores a su llegada, se procederá a la devolución de dicho importe descontando 30€ de gastos de gestión.

• Si la cancelación se realiza con menos de 30 días anteriores a su llegada, dará lugar a la pérdida total del importe entregado

Normativa general

• La jornada de camping comprende desde el momento de su llegada hasta las 12 horas del día siguiente. A partir de esta hora se facturará un día más de camping. Si desea marcharse antes de las 9 horas, liquide su factura la tarde anterior. En función de la disponibilidad, consulte en la recepción las condiciones y posibilidad de abonar un “suplemento extra” para pasar la tarde. A su llegada se le indicará la parcela a ocupar, debiendo informar el cliente en la recepción sobre cualquier modificación en el número de personas, niños, vehículos, e igualmente, será necesario tener autorización de la recepción para cambiar de parcela. Todos los elementos de acampada deberán quedar ordenados y sin sobresalir en ningún momento de la parcela asignada. No se permite en la parcela instalación de muros, cañizos… así como ningún mobiliario distintos a los propios de acampada.
• Para acceder al alojamiento en el Camping, será obligatoria la exhibición de D.N.I pasaporte, así como rellenar la documentación exigida en cada momento por las autoridades españolas, además de formalizar la correspondiente hoja de admisión. No se permite la entrada a menores sin acompañar.
• Las barreras de acceso a vehículos son automáticas. Para entrar y salir del Camping, debe situar su vehículo en la flecha dibujada en el suelo, para que el lector reconozca su matrícula y le autorice el paso. Tenga en cuenta que las barreras se bloquean durante las horas de silencio, entre las 00:00 horas y las 07:00 horas. Si llega a partir de las 00:00 h. debe dejar su vehículo en el parking de la entrada, y acceder a su alojamiento a pie. Igualmente, si desea salir antes de las 07:00 h., debe dejar su vehículo en el parking la noche anterior.
• Tanto de día como de noche, el descanso es primordial para nosotros. En las instalaciones de uso común (piscina, servicios, restaurante, salón social…), los menores irán acompañados de un adulto, quien velará para que éstos, al igual que ellos, respeten en todo momento el descanso del resto de usuarios. No está permitida la música que pudiera molestar a las parcelas contiguas

Vigilancia

• Por su seguridad y la del resto de los acampados, existe en las instalaciones un sistema de cámaras de video vigilancia. Con ellas, unido a las continuas rondas realizadas por el personal de nuestro equipo, tanto de día como de noche, pretendemos ofrecerle la máxima seguridad posible. No obstante, le recomendamos no dejar objetos de valor a la vista sin su supervisión, así como le rogamos informe a la recepción si fuera testigo de cualquier actividad sospechosa.

Visitas

• Toda visita deberá ser autorizada en Recepción. Horario de visita de 9 a 22 horas. El tiempo máximo de visita es de 30 minutos y en ningún caso las podrán utilizar los servicios del camping. En función del aforo del camping, puede no permitirse la entrada de una visita. El camping tiene una capacidad limitada, tenga en cuenta esto al quedar con familiares o amigos, pues una vez llegado al límite, no se podrá admitir a nadie más, ni aunque disponga usted ya de una parcela.

Normativa para perros

• No se permiten perros en el camping durante el mes de agosto, así mismo el resto del año no se admitirán animales de RAZA PELIGROSA o cruce de estos.

• En Bungalows y habitaciones no se permiten durante todo el año. Del mismo modo, no se permiten en las zonas comunes del camping (supermercado, piscina, aseos, chiringuito…)

• Los perros deberán estar en todo momento amarrados dentro del recinto del camping, y bajo la vigilancia de su dueño, cuidando que no molesten a los demás acampados.

• Deberá estar en posesión de la documentación relativa a su perro, así como del seguro de responsabilidad civil en caso de que le sea requerido.

• Serán de cuenta del cliente la limpieza o cualquier desperfecto que el perro pudiera causar.
• Será necesario dejar en la recepción un depósito de 50 €, sabiendo el cliente que dicho depósito no será devuelto si las normas no fueran cumplidas.

Normativa de la piscina

• Upon arrival, you must pay for the stay in full and report any variation in the initially contracted services (entrance, exit, modifications of people, vehicles, etc.).

• You must leave your credit card number or a €50 deposit, as a deposit for any deterioration (damage caused during your stay, loss of keys (Bungalow, Table Guard) or remote control (TV, Air conditioning)), as well as not returning it in the state that it was delivered. If everything is correct, said deposit will be returned upon departure. Otherwise, a charge will be applied for cleaning and/or repair.

  If at the entrance, or during your stay, you observe any anomaly, please notify the Reception immediately. We have an inventory sheet, you can request it at Reception.

• The Bungalow can only be used exclusively by those people who have reserved it, take this into account especially if you have family or friends in camping pitches, since the bungalow has a limited capacity.

• Visits are not allowed in the bungalows. As an exception, if authorized, they must go through the reception to be properly identified and in no case will they exceed 30 minutes, avoiding meetings (breakfast, lunch, coffee...) so as not to disturb the peace of the other Bungalows.

• Barbecues, putting tents or sports equipment on the lawn, as well as ball games that may damage the environment or disturb other Bungalows are prohibited.

• The entrance to the accommodation will be from 3:00 p.m. If you arrive before this time and the Bungalow is not finished, you can check in and use our services while you wait.

• The accommodation must be vacated on the appointed day of departure before 11:30 a.m.. If you wish to leave before 09:00, please notify Reception the evening before.

• The entry of ANIMALS is not allowed in the premises and inside the accommodation

• All the bungalows have a safe at your service, do not forget to use it, because although the general facilities of the campsite have a good surveillance service, we are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

• The Bungalow number will be assigned upon arrival taking into account your preferences. In no case can we pre-insure a specific bungalow.

• Acceptance of this Reservation implicitly implies acceptance of the INTERIOR REGULATION OF THE CAMPSITE.

• To formalize your reservation, it is necessary to make a payment on account corresponding to 30% of the total amount of your stay.

• If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your arrival, the amount will be refunded, discounting €30 for management fees.

• If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, it will result in the total loss of the amount paid

General regulations

• The camping day includes from the moment of your arrival until 12 noon the following day. From this time, one more day of camping will be billed. If you wish to leave before 9 am, please settle your bill the evening before. Depending on availability, consult the reception for the conditions and the possibility of paying an "extra supplement" to spend the afternoon. Upon arrival, the plot to be occupied will be indicated, the client must inform the reception about any change in the number of people, children, vehicles, and also, it will be necessary to have authorization from the reception to change the plot. All the camping elements must be ordered and without protruding at any time from the assigned plot. It is not allowed on the plot to install walls, reeds... as well as any furniture other than those used for camping.
• To access the accommodation at the Camping, it will be mandatory to show your ID, passport, as well as fill in the documentation required at any time by the Spanish authorities, in addition to formalizing the corresponding admission form. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to enter.
• The vehicle access barriers are automatic. To enter and leave the Camping, you must place your vehicle on the arrow drawn on the ground, so that the reader recognizes your license plate and authorizes you to enter. Please note that the barriers are locked during quiet hours, between 00:00 and 07:00. If you arrive after 00:00 h. You must leave your vehicle in the parking lot at the entrance, and access your accommodation on foot. Similarly, if you want to leave before 07:00, you must leave your vehicle in the car park the night before.
• Both day and night, rest is essential for us. In the facilities for common use (swimming pool, toilets, restaurant, social room...), minors will be accompanied by an adult, who will ensure that they, like them, respect the rest of the rest of the users at all times. Music that could disturb adjoining plots is not allowed

Vigilancia

• For your safety and that of the rest of the campers, there is a system of video surveillance cameras in the facilities. With them, together with the continuous rounds carried out by our team personnel, both day and night, we intend to offer you the maximum possible security. However, we recommend that you do not leave valuables in plain sight without your supervision, as well as please notify reception if you witness any suspicious activity.

Visits

• All visits must be authorized at Reception. Visiting hours from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The maximum visit time is 30 minutes and in no case may they use the camping services. Depending on the capacity of the campsite, a visitor may not be allowed to enter. The campsite has a limited capacity, keep this in mind when staying with family or friends, because once the limit is reached, no one else can be admitted, even if you already have a plot.

Regulations for dogs

• Dogs are not allowed in the campsite during the month of August, likewise the rest of the year animals of DANGEROUS BREED or crossbreeding of these will not be admitted.

• In Bungalows and rooms are not allowed throughout the year. In the same way, they are not allowed in the common areas of the campsite (supermarket, swimming pool, toilets, beach bar...)

• Dogs must be at all times tied up inside the campsite, and under the supervision of their owner, taking care that they do not disturb other campers.

• You must be in possession of the documentation related to your dog, as well as civil liability insurance in case it is required.

• The cleaning or any damage that the dog could cause will be the responsibility of the client.
• It will be necessary to leave a deposit of €50 at the reception, the client knowing that said deposit will not be returned if the rules are not met.
