Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within the period subject to penalty: If the reservation is canceled 30 days before arrival, a single charge of €30 will be applied for cancellation management costs. The rest of the amount you have delivered will be returned to you by bank transfer.

Last minute cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the total amount paid for the reservation, which represents 30% of the total of the entire stay.

Cancellations during your stay: If you decide to shorten your stay once you have entered, the campsite reserves the right not to refund the prepaid amount.
