Facilities
The Camping Torre de la Peña was opened in 1968 allthough the Chozo Bar right on the beach front was allready opened in 1964.The inauguration of the Camping Torre de la Peña II, located only 100 m from the beach, took place in 1981.In the following we show you some information about our facilities and which may be use independently of where you are registered.
Pool of Torre de la Peña I
The Camping Torre de la Peña I has a saltwater swimmingpool with excellent views over the Strait of Gibraltar and extensive lawn to sunbathe and relax.
Pool of Torre de la Peña II
The saltwater swimming pool of Camping Torre de la Peña II allows its visitors to relax in an enjoyable and quiet area, as an alternative to the nearby beach. There is a liveguard on site.
Bar El Chozo
The Chozo Bar is located right on the beach. It is know for its incedible location and the fantastic views over the Strait of Gibraltar.
Kids Park
The Camping Torre de la Peña II has a brand new childres´s playgroud where your youngest ones will have a great time. The playground was installed and certified to then strict standard of EU certification.
Boatslip
The boat slip is located right next to the Chozo Bar within the Camping Torre de la Peña I. Visitors of both Campings are welcome to make use of it.
Bungalow
The bungalows of the Camping Torre de la Peña I are unique with regards to their location. Spectacular views combined with a small and well-maintained garden guarantees an unforgettable stay.
Tenniscourt
The facilities of the Camping Torre de la Peña II also offer a tennis court to all our guests prior reservation.
Hotspot
Both campsites offer hotspots to access the internet. There is no cost involved for our guests.
Guardatablas
Torre de la Peña is a gathering point for windsurfers from all around the world. We do offer to our guests boardguards to store securely your equipment.
Views
You will definitely remember the stunning views over the Strait of Gibraltar from our plots of bungalows. The matter which season, the panorama constantly changes and leaves you breathless.
Baths and Toilets
The washing facilities are reserved for all guests of our campsite. They are equipped with everything necessary to make you stay more enjoyable.
Private Baths
The Camping Torre de la Peña II also offers prívate bathrooms which you can rent for the time of your stay. Please contact the front desk so we can handout a key.
Service station for mobilehomes
The service station for mobile homes and caravans allows you to empty the greywater tanks and refill freshwater tanks during you stay or preparing your departure.
Greywater disposal
This is a standard service for all of our guests, visiting with their mobilehomes, and may be used in both campsites.
